Brothers ALL, On behalf of the Province Officers, Province Meeting Planners and Host Chapter Planning Committees, I warmly welcome you to the 78th South Central Province Council in the beautiful city of Louisville, KY. Our Council theme, Forever Achieve: Reaching New Heights, has been carefully chosen to mark this special time in the life of our Province and Grand Fraternity.
